Singapore day3 : Sentosa

July 22,2015

Started the day early, woke up at 6:00am and took the train to Vivo City around 8:00am.
I’ve been looking forward for this day , it's been a long time since my last visit to Sentosa and Universal Studio Singapore, I’ve heard that there are lots of changes.

Near our hotel is the Bugis mall, below is where the station is located.
From Bugis station (Green line )  we need to change trains at Outram park (Violet line) and finally off to Harbour Front.

Harbour Front station  (exit E )is in the Vivo City, go to the top floor and take a train to Sentosa.
Vivo City is a big shopping mall in Singapore, you can find lots of American, European, and Asian brands there. There was floor there where you can find lots of popular Korean skincare products .

Sentosa Express is located at the 3rd floor of Vivo City,
you can purchase tickets there for only S$4.
More details

This train has 3 stops 1st to universal studio 2nd sentosa 3rd to the beach. It is unlimited rides but if you want to walk from the last stop which is the beach to universal studio then you can.

Sentosa is an inland resort in Singapore.
It has lots of attractions, beaches and hotels you can choose from.
You can have fun and relax at the same time.
The main attractions are the 2 casinos, Universal Studio Singapore,
Adventure Cove Waterpark and Marine Life Park.

Sentosa means peace and tranquility in Malay translation.

You can enter Sentosa for Free but for the rides you must pay for it.
The prices are affordable there, no worries, :)

If you visit Sentosa for a oneday trip then visit this place first before
going to Universal Studio in the afternoon.
But if this is your 1st time visiting the place I suggest 1 day for Sentosa and 1 day for USS.
Sometimes Sentosa has an evening show.

From here you can just walk to Universal Studio or you can just ride the train there for free.
